Mickey Bono aka BEAT THRILLERZ is an internationally known House Music producer and DJ based out of Orlando, FL. Mickey is also a co-producer of K5. He has held long residencies at some of Orlando’s biggest and most upscale nightclubs, such as Bliss Ultra Lounge, Vintage, Club 23, Vain, House Of Blues, Roxy, Rix Lounge, Club LaVela, Embassy, Tabu, Glo Lounge, Voyage, and Rhythm & Flow.
His syndicated “Seduction Mixshow” of House Music airs weekly on internet stations Radio Danz, Addicted To Radio (Electro Dance), Party 95, Florida Beat Radio, Surge Radio, Worldwide Dance Music Nation, USA Dance Radio and the terrestrial FM station Kiss FM 98.5 in Buffalo, NY.
Mickey Bono’s “Beat Thrillerz Remixes” are some of the most popular on dance radio and in the clubs. He is an official remixer for the well known remix service Ultimix. His remix of Morgan Page’s “Fight For You” (Beat Thrillerz Remix) was selected as the grand prize winning remix of the Nettwerk Records/Morgan Page “Fight For You” Remix Contest beating out over 50 worldwide submissions.
Beat Thrillerz collaboration with Phunk from Granite & Phunk, as PHUNK & BEAT THRILLERZ “Lose Control” featuring UK vocalist Katy Allen was a big hit on dance music radio in 2011. It reached top 10 on stations such as SiriusXM BPM, Radio Danz, The Beat, Fusion Radio and The Vibe. The track was signed to Next Plateau Entertainment.
Mickey Bono has been producing music and DJing since 1995. He earned a degree in Music Production and Engineering from ARTI (Audio Recording Technology Institute). He began his professional production career with the electronic dance band K5, which was signed to Robbins Entertainment/BMG in the US, ISBA Records in Canada and Universal Records in Germany. K5 had a Billboard Magazine Hot 100 hit with the song “Passion”. The music video for “Passion” made MTV Germany’s TRL in 2001.
Mickey Bono has headlined or shared the stage with some of the world’s top artists and DJs such as Benny Benassi, Armin Van Buuren, Starkillers, DJ Icey, A-trak, Nelly Furtado, Destiny’s Child, Craig David, Pink, Backstreet Boys, Nsync and LFO.
